Low voltage LED strip VS High voltage LED strip
According to voltage, the led strip is divided into low-voltage led strip and high-voltage led strip.
High-voltage led strip:

*It is easier to install and can be directly driven by a high-voltage driver and then plugged into a household power supply.
Low-voltage led strip:
*The voltage is generally DC12V/DC24V, in addition to 3V, 5V, 36V and other low-voltage design. It is also called DC led strip.
*Low-voltage led strips work under DC voltage, which is a safe voltage. Human contact is not dangerous, so it can be used in various occasions, such as home decoration lighting, outdoor building lighting, atmosphere lighting, landscape lighting, park lighting, bridge lighting and other scenes, all can choose low-voltage led strip.
*Because the use of DC power supply, the length of the low-voltage led strip is generally 5 meters or 10 meters. Beyond this length there will be a certain voltage drop.
*For constant-current versions of low-voltage led strips, the longest connection length can up to 15-30 meters.
*Low-voltage led strip has good heat dissipation and small light decay, so the service life can reach 30,000-50000 hours.
For high-voltage LED strips and low-voltage led strips, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. In practical use, you can choose the right led strip according to the actual use occasion.
